Diana found yoga in 2010 while looking for a way to release stress and center her mind.
"From my very first yoga class, I was hooked! Yoga has been a constant in my life ever since."
Diana, at the urging of her yoga mentors, began teaching in 2015. She is a student of all types of yoga and enjoys teaching a variety of classes. She especially enjoys watching students progress through their yoga journey.
Diana teaches with a strong emphasis on body mechanics and alignment in all  poses.
"Whether you are a novice or veteran yogi, we will create a great foundation for your practice. Yoga is a practice for life. I am still a student and always will be. I’d love for you to come practice with me!"

Diana instructs the following:
  • The Asana
  • In The Asana we explore and deepen our knowledge of the yoga experience. The Asana bridges the gap between beginner/intermediate and advanced by making difficult poses accessible. Emphasis is on entering into, holding, and exiting our asanas (postures) with correct alignment, breath and intent.
A very educational class that takes a beginner or intermediate student into an advance yoga practice.

  • The Beginner
  • This class is for those who are just beginning their yoga journey, have had a break from yoga or have limited experience. Class includes basic postures, basic breathing techniques, and an 8 - 12 min relaxation at the the end of class.

  • The Curve Flow 1
  • This is a "vinyasa" inspired, alignment-based class; it is both challenging and intentional - focusing primarily on soulful movement with the rhythm of the breath; sharing in joyful energy and connection to oneness.
This class has many transitions from standing down to the mat and back again. It is suitable for those with limited yoga knowledge however,  if you are brand new to yoga mat or are not confident with your balance or multiple transitions may we suggest Beginner Yoga?

  • The Sweat
  • We don't sweat...we sparkle!! And we will be shining bright after this intense cardio yoga practice! A combination of yoga, HIIT, and pilates - this class is for those looking to shed calories, sculpt their bodies and sweat away the stress! Bring your water & bring a sweat towel!
This is not suggested for beginners, those with injuries, or health concerns.

  • The Bend Flow 2
  • The Bend class is a Level 2 Vinyasa Flow class. This class is for those who are comfortable on the yoga mat and in good health. We will be exploring our strength & flexibility through advanced flow sequencing and introducing some advanced poses as well. This is the class to take if you are looking to take your practice to the next level!
Not suitable for beginners - please look into a Level I class.
