Diana Burk

Diana found yoga in 2010 while looking for a way to release stress and center her mind.
"From my very first yoga class, I was hooked! Yoga has been a constant in my life ever since."
Diana, at the urging of her yoga mentors, began teaching in 2015. She is a student of all types of yoga and enjoys teaching a variety of classes. She especially enjoys watching students progress through their yoga journey. 
Diana teaches with a strong emphasis on body mechanics and alignment in all  poses.
"Whether you are a novice or veteran yogi, we will create a great foundation for your practice. Yoga is a practice for life. I am still a student and always will be. I’d love for you to come practice with me!"
In The Asana we explore and deepen our knowledge of the yoga experience. The Asana bridges the gap between beginner/intermediate and advanced by making difficult poses accessible. Emphasis is on entering into, holding, and exiting our asanas (postures) with correct alignment, breath and intent.
A very educational class that takes a beginner or intermediate student into an advance yoga practice.
